Satisfaction was pretty high. On a scale of 1-5,
we
scored our highest on comparison to the
competition
, and on price (4.3). We did pretty good
on quality and ability to get the job done (4.0), and
on innovation and listening to the client (3.9).

Our lowest score was on time to delivery (2.6). The
comment feedback was instructive here, there was a
strong showing for faster turn around and better
communication around project status and time to
completion. It reminds me a bit of the biggest
complaint patients have in healthcare, that they don't
know what's going on or why.

Now that you have our feedback, what are you going to do about it?

Time to delivery is something we've been wrestling with for years, and ironically the
current economic outlook will do its part to improve that our as our volumes decrease. But
what we can address more immediately is some sort of project management system that
will give clients a better idea of what's going on with their orders at any given time and
ideally some sort of prediction system that updates with the changing situation in the
studio.

This is a project that we are currently working on.
