FAQ: Ordering and Payment
Do you only take orders from the US?
We take orders from anywhere in the world (except Atlantis, they never pay) and can accept payments in any Paypal supported currency.
How do I Order?
Just contact us, and you should have a quote within 12 hours.
How do I pay?
We ask that you pay us through Paypal . We can also receive postal money orders made out to:

How do you collect?
All orders are to be paid in full in advance. Excluding outward shipping from ourselves to you. At such time a separate shipping bill will be calculated.
What are the postage costs?
There is the postal cost of shipping us the minis, then there are customs fees we pay on this end for importing your figures, and then the return shipping costs.
What happens if I can't pay?
Depends. If you don't owe us any money for import freight into Sri Lanka, or for painting, nothing. We will keep the minis till such time as you can pay for the painting, or return them to you if you can afford to pay the postage.
If you OWE us money for painting we've done or for the shipping costs bringing the figures into Sri Lanka and we do not receive full payment within 30 days of sending you your bill, the figures become our property to dispose of with as we see fit.
Can I get a discount?
Yes. If you contact us unless you ask us not to inform you, you will be eligible for discounts from special email promotions we run.
